Yes. You can move between Residential, Commercial, and Enterprise tiers at any time. Contact your CORE coordinator to discuss the transition.
Residential is designed for homeowners and single properties. Commercial includes more service hours, multi-location coverage, and dedicated project coordination suited to business operations.

Yes. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts. If you're not satisfied after your first 30 days, we'll refund your membership in full.
Accrued hours remain available for 60 days after cancellation. We'll work with you to apply them to any outstanding or scheduled work before your membership closes.
Once you're a member, you'll have a dedicated CORE coordinator who handles all scheduling. You can reach them directly by phone or email — no app, no portal, no runaround.
